Ingredients
- 20 oz package frozen or refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 16 oz jar alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine
- Half-carton of cherry tomatoes, sliced length-wise or 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2(?) tbsp dried basil leaves or 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
- 1/3(?) cup grated parmesan cheese
- Strips of fresh basil or additional dried basil for topping
Directions
- Boil pasta according to directions on package
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat alfredo sauce and wine until bubbling
- Add tomatoes and basil; Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through
- Toss with cooked / drained pasta
- Serve, topped with parmesan cheese and basil
